and review all preprinted information for accuracy.
Online Renewal
Residents may renew vehicle stickers and add, update or delete vehicle information online using their owner # and street number from the application, simply click here to go to the online renewal screen. Online renewals must be paid using your VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.
Renewal by Mail
The City strongly encourages you to avoid waiting in line by mailing
applications to the address indicated on the enclosed return envelope.
Completed applications returned via U.S. Mail will be sent to an
automated banking facility, where renewals will be immediately
processed. This change should reduce the time that it takes to
both process applications and deposit revenues. Make any necessary
corrections directly on the form and return the entire application
with the appropriate fee. If you did not receive an application
by mail, simply click
here to request one. Checks should be made
payable to: City of Highland Park. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH. To
ensure that your vehicle sticker is returned to you prior to the
October 1st deadline, please allow sufficient time for processing
and return mail. Residents may purchase vehicle stickers at City
Hall between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
How to Display Your Sticker
Highland Park vehicle stickers must be placed on the inner lower
left-hand side (driver side) of the front windshield. Water is
not necessary, and tape must not be used to attach the sticker
to the windshield. Proof of purchase is required by the City
to receive a transfer (new vehicle) or replacement sticker.
